They indicated that they would only show us around if we intended to buy something, as their time was valuable. Although we expressed interest in looking around before deciding, their attitude changed when we chose not to make a purchase. They made disrespectful remarks, insinuating that we couldn’t afford it. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards tourists who contribute to the country’s tourism industry. 2. **Availability of Indian Food:** Before flying to Sri Lanka, we repeatedly confirmed that Indian food would be available at the hotels where we would stay. Despite this, 4 out of the 7 hotels did not provide Indian food. This was disappointing, as it affected the overall experience. We kindly request you to address these issues to ensure better experiences for future travelers.
